Otto Charcuterie is available packaged and ready for purchase at Fernwood General Store and Nourish Kitchen and Cafe. You can also find Otto’s charcuterie and sausages on the menu at a few of our fave local restaurants - who we are proud to work with. These include Bistrot L’Stage, The Drake, Hey Happy, Nourish, Unicorn Sparkles and of course, Eva.

Otto specialises in whole animal butchery. We butcher, cure and produce all of our products in our kitchen using pigs from Still Meadow Farm in Metchosin. We are currently focused on creating hams, salamis, whole muscle cures, sausages, terrines as well as our weekly sandwiches.
