hi otto!

Max and Paul met a few moons ago cooking at a restaurant called Ulla. Cosmically they have reunited in the same space after a number of years. Eva's food and PVT's Charcuterie have a number of things in common; quality ingredients, care throughout the process and a commitment to supporting local farmers and producers. "Making sure the care chain is uninterrupted" as Max would say in a semi-poetical way. Otto is the cohesive union of these two ventures.

Otto is a fun Charcuterie on the GO project. Think Charcuterie box at the beach. Or in bed. Or some sausages for your grill. Ham for your sandwich. (hey we should make sandwiches..)
